Where necessary for article processing charge (APC) invoicing and payment administration, we may collect the payer’s name, billing address, contact details, institutional or tax information, and payment references or confirmations. Please do not send payment card details or banking credentials by email.

We use personal information to administer submissions, select reviewers, conduct peer review, communicate editorial decisions, prepare accepted articles for publication, and maintain the scholarly record. The journal uses single-blind peer review. Reviewers can see author identities, while reviewer identities are kept confidential from authors. Access to billing information is limited to those who need it for payment administration, accounting, or related obligations. Payment arrangements must not influence peer-review recommendations or editorial decisions.

Billing and payment records are retained for applicable accounting and legal requirements. Information is securely deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
