Revista Cultura Científica provides immediate open access to its published articles. Readers worldwide can access research freely, without subscriptions or paywalls. The journal supports the dissemination and responsible reuse of scholarly knowledge through open access publishing.
1) Immediate and Free Access
All articles are freely available online immediately upon publication, without an embargo. Readers may read, download, copy, and share published articles in accordance with the applicable licence. No reader access fees are charged.
2) Article Processing Charge
An article processing charge (APC) of USD 500 applies to each accepted article, subject to the journal’s APC policy. There is no submission fee. Payment is requested only after final editorial acceptance, and no APC is charged for rejected manuscripts.
Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal. Payment does not influence peer review or editorial decisions and cannot secure acceptance.

3) Licensing and Reuse
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. This licence permits users to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format and to adapt it for any purpose, including commercial use, subject to the licence terms.
Users must provide appropriate attribution, link to the licence, and indicate whether changes have been made. Reuse must not imply endorsement by the authors or the journal. Third-party material carrying a separate credit line may be subject to different permissions.
4) Author Rights and Copyright
Authors retain copyright in their work. By publishing in Revista Cultura Científica, authors grant the journal permission to publish and distribute the article as the version of record under CC BY 4.0.
Authors may share and deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, and personal websites, with attribution to the original publication and a link to the article’s DOI or journal webpage.
5) Continued Access
Published articles form part of the journal’s scholarly record and remain openly accessible. Introducing or changing an APC does not restrict reader access to previously published articles or alter the licences under which those articles were published.
6) Attribution Guidance
When sharing or adapting an article, users should identify the authors, article title, journal, and publication details; include the DOI or original article link where available; provide a link to the applicable licence; and clearly identify any changes.
