Cultura Científica is an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary scholarly journal dedicated to strengthening scientific culture in the region by connecting rigorous research with society, education, and development. Guided by the mission of the Scientific Research Institute, the journal promotes the integration of academic, scientific, and technological processes into regional cultural life, contributing to balance, well-being, and informed decision-making.
We publish peer-reviewed articles from the basic, social, human, and applied sciences, encouraging dialogue across disciplines and supporting research that addresses real-world challenges. To help research reach wider audiences, the journal emphasizes clear communication and a modern presentation style, including photography and full-color design when appropriate.
Cultura Científica is a Diamond Open Access journal—there are no submission or publication fees—and all content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license. The journal follows a single-blind peer-review policy and a continuous publication model within an annual volume (one issue per year).
